After working at the company for 10 years, the owners Jim Smedsrud and Jim Kadous sold the business to me and have decided lighten their work loads and work exclusively with buyers. I am a native Texan, born in El Paso and grew up in a small town, Floresville, just 30 miles south of San Antonio. I graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a degree in Business Finance.
From there, I worked for Chevron Resources in their accounting department, first in Grants, NM at the Mt. Taylor mine, then in Sam Ramon, CA and finally transferring to Chevron Corp to work in accounts payable in the corporate headquarters on Bush St. in downtown San Francisco.
I moved to Red Lodge in 1991, working at Red Lodge Mountain in Central Reservations, then in food service as a cook and bartender. In 1995, I started Red Lodge Ski and Travel and operated that until 2001 when I went back up to Red Lodge Mountain to work in the marketing department and special events.
I have been a Realtor since January 1, 2008 and thoroughly enjoy it. I like helping people achieve their goals whether they are buying or selling, by providing good, timely information and advice. I specialize in homes and vacant land in Carbon County (Red Lodge, Belfry, Bridger, Fromberg) and have established relationships with other agents in the area to refer clients who are interested in property outside my areas.
I also have a property management business, Reynolds Rentals. While most of the properties are in Bridger and Red Lodge, I do have homes in Joliet and Fromberg. I look forward to meeting you and together we can find the right property for you.
